If You do not provide the information required or wish to withdraw the consent given by You previously then this may result in the Company not providing you with their Services or to terminate any existing business relationship between the Company and You.

• The Company’s Mobile Application and Website is accessible to children under the age of 18 years. The Company strongly urges the parents or the guardians to supervise the online activities of the minors and if needed use some sort of parental control. These tools may help prevent a minor from disclosing their name, address, and other personal identity information without parental permission. The Company’s Mobile Application or Website is not intended for use by a minor, the Company respects the privacy of minors who may inadvertently use the Website. These ad agencies may collect anonymous information about your visits to our Websites and our Mobile Application and your interaction with our products and services. They may also use information about your visits to the Company’s Mobile Application or website and others websites to target advertisements for goods and services. This anonymous information is collected through the use of a web beacon, which is industry standard technology used by most major websites.

• Disclosure to Credit Rating Companies and Reserve Bank of India: The Company may share the Personal Information of a user with the Credit Rating Agencies. The Information may also be shared with the Credit Rating Agencies in the event, Reserve Bank of India issues guidelines or directions in this regard. 

• Google Email Access and Consent: In certain cases, the Company may request access to your Gmail account via Google’s secure OAuth protocol, solely for the purpose of reading specific financial or transactional emails to provide you with automated financial management services. The Company will only access email metadata or content that is strictly necessary to offer or improve our services. You will be explicitly prompted to grant permission for such access, and you may revoke this consent at any time through your Google Account settings. The Company shall not share, sell, or disclose any email content accessed via this method to third parties, and all such data shall be processed and stored in compliance with applicable laws and Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• If the Customers wishes to amend, update, modify or correct their Data in any way, they may do so by logging on to the Website or Mobile Application by using your login credentials. We endeavour to ensure protection of your Data at all times and may require you to furnish additional proof of identify such as an identity proof in order to make any such amendments.

9. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

• The customers have the option to not provide us with their Data and may also, at any time, withdraw their consent from us retaining and/or using your Data. If the clients choses to withdraw their consent from the use or retention of their Data at any time, you will need to write to us or send us on our Website or Mobile Application or send us an email at info@thefatmoney.com. Please note that such withdrawal of consent may obstruct your use of The Company’s Website or Mobile Application and thereby rendering you ineligible to avail the services provided hereunder.

• The Company follows a strict no-refund policy for any payments made by the Users towards any of the services offered through our Website or Mobile Application, including but not limited to financial management services, investment advisory, credit and lending services, insurance, trading, and fraud detection services.
  By using the Platform and making any payments, You acknowledge and agree that all transactions are final and non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances, including:

  • Partial or incomplete use of services

  • Service dissatisfaction

  • Change of mind after subscribing or purchasing a plan

  • Change of mind after subscribing or purchasing a plan

  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of Terms and Conditions or applicable laws

12. LOAN DISCLOSURE

• Loan Repayment Period: Minimum 3 months, Maximum 36 months
  APR: Maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR), including all fees and interest, is 30%
  Representative Example: For a loan of ₹10,000 with a 12-month term at 18% APR, the monthly payment would be ₹916. The total repayment amount would be ₹10,992, including ₹992 in interest.
  We are not a lender. Our app facilitates access to licensed financial institutions and provides loan options from our partners. Loan terms vary based on your profile and selected partner lender.
  

13. SERVICES & PERMISSIONS

• To deliver our financial and related services effectively, the Company may request access to specific user data and functionalities. All such access is secured, permission-based, and limited strictly to the scope described below:

  • Gmail Access (Read-Only): The Company may request read-only access to your Gmail account through Google’s secure OAuth protocol. This access is used exclusively for the purpose of analyzing transaction-related emails to provide automated expense categorization, transaction tracking, and financial insights. The Company does not read, store, or analyze any personal, promotional, or unrelated email content, and no email data is shared with third parties. This access complies fully with Google’s API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • Basic User Profile Access: The Company may collect basic user profile information via your Google account (e.g., your name, email address, and profile picture) solely to identify and authenticate your account within our platform, personalize your experience, and communicate with you securely.
